The holiday home “Home Residence Barbara” is located in the countryside in San Teodoro, in the popular holiday destination Sardinia, and it is the ideal accommodation to discover the island and spend a relaxing holiday near the beach. The 100m2 house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, 2 with double beds), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes satellite television, a children's bed and a highchair (upon request) among its additional amenities. The house also has a nice balcony from where you can admire the breathtaking views over the surrounding landscape and the sea in the distance. Apart from the views, another one of the highlights of “Home Residence Barbara” is its lush garden full of trees and plants where you can relax under the sun with a warm cup of coffee in the morning. You will find the closest selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of San Teodoro, just a 7-minute drive away (4.3km), while the closest beach, Spiaggia la Cinta, is 4.9 km away (9 minutes driving). Here guests can take a refreshing dip in the sea, stroll along the coast or relax under the sun with a good book. The closest airport is in Olbia and it can be reached after 22 minutes driving (28.4km).Parking spaces are available on the property.
